Shipping policy

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have placed an order and have not received a shipment notification after 2 weeks, please email eileen.in.nfp@gmail.com.

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost/stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered”. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order shipped. Please know, once packages leave our facility, delivery is managed by the carrier.
